How will I receive my knitting pattern after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing a download link. You can also access your patterns at any time through your account dashboard under the 'Downloads' section.
What skill levels are your patterns designed for?
We offer a wide range of patterns suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to advanced knitters. Each listing is clearly labeled with a difficulty rating and lists the specific techniques required.
Can I sell physical items made from Morecaknit patterns?
Yes, you are welcome to sell finished items made from our patterns on a small scale. We simply ask that you credit Morecaknit as the designer in your product description.
What is your refund policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues or find an error in the pattern, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Are the patterns available in multiple languages?
Currently, all our patterns are written in English using standard US knitting terminology. We are working on translations for popular designs and will update the listings as they become available.
Do I need specific yarn brands to complete the projects?
While we recommend specific yarns used in the samples, each pattern includes detailed information on yarn weight and gauge so you can easily substitute with your favorite local brands.
